- Select the “TUHSD-Guest” network (it may look grayed out, but you can still click on it)
- On the pop up window select “Continue to Internet”
- Wait about 30 seconds and then have the student login, it should be working now
If you’re still having issues, follow the steps below
- Click on the clock in the bottom-right corner and make sure you’re connected to “TUHSD-Guest”
- Click on “TUHSD-Guest”
- Turn off the WiFi by clicking on the toggle switch on the right, wait a couple of seconds and then turn it back on
- If it comes back online connected to “TUHSD” then you are all set
- If this doesn’t work, connect to “TUHSD-Guest” and then restart the computer
- If it still doesn’t come online, set the device aside and submit a help ticket
